What is your Body Mass Index?
Your body-mass index ("BMI") measures your height/weight ratio. It is your weight in kilograms divided by the square of your height in meters.
How did you do?
If your BMI ended up in the above 25 range, don't panic! You may feel like you aren't that far overweight, or a lot of your body mass may be made up of muscle (if you lift a lot of weights).
